Founder – Koichi Suzuki

Koichi Suzuki founded Kyowa Seiko Co., Ltd. in 1963, the precision engineering company that later created the Minase watch brand. Beginning as a manufacturer of specialized cutting tools and precision components, Suzuki built a culture of technical excellence and craftsmanship that ultimately paved the way for the launch of Minase in 2005. His dedication to innovation and manufacturing perfection remains a cornerstone of the brand’s identity and philosophy.

Current CEO – Tsuyoshi Suzuki

Tsuyoshi Suzuki serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kyowa Seiko and oversees the Minase brand. Representing the second generation of family leadership, he has expanded Minase’s international presence while preserving its commitment to artisanal production and Japanese craftsmanship.
