With close family members in the USA, I was already familiar with the Ralph Christian brand. What immediately caught my attention was its unique blend of affordability, versatility, and design elegance. About three years ago, we officially introduced Ralph Christian to the Nepali market. As time passed, the quality behind the brand further solidified my confidence. It became clear that this was more than just a fashion accessory it was a statement piece built to last.

Who are the major customers of Ralph Christian in Nepal?

The brand resonates strongly with younger demographics. Its bold design, energetic aesthetic, and modern appeal attract people in the 25–35 age range. Interestingly, we’ve also seen high interest from individuals in their 40s who still feel young at heart and want to wear something that reflects that spirit. Ralph Christian speaks to a generation that values both style and substance.

How would you describe the quality of Ralph Christian watches?

Ralph Christian watches are designed and developed in the UK and are now distributed globally from the USA, incorporating premium Japanese and Swiss movements. The brand emphasizes quality at every step craftsmanship, durability, and aesthetic finishing. It truly offers affordable luxury without compromise.

We’ve been representing the brand in Nepal for three years now, and remarkably, we haven’t received a single complaint about product quality. The durability is exceptional, the craftsmanship is impressive, and the bold-yet-elegant design speaks for itself. The brand also offers a three-year warranty on movement and color discoloration, although we’ve never had to activate it which speaks volumes about its reliability.

What does the after-sales service look like in Nepal?

We’ve partnered with a well-established and experienced watch service center in New Road, Kathmandu renowned for handling luxury timepieces. Although we’ve had zero service requirements so far, we’re fully prepared to provide assistance whenever needed. It's part of our commitment to offering a complete and satisfying customer experience.

What challenges are you currently facing in this market?

One of the biggest challenges is securing enough stock to meet demand. Ralph Christian has a strong global following, and new models tend to sell out quickly. This means we have to plan and place our orders well in advance, often requiring significant investment in inventory.

Even with rising import duties and logistics costs, we’ve managed to offer our watches at prices that match or in some cases, are even lower than the U.S. retail price. This is not easy, but we believe in maintaining value for our customers.

Another challenge is building brand awareness in Nepal. Ralph Christian is still relatively new here, and we’re working hard to introduce it to more people through strategic marketing and outreach.

What are your future plans for Ralph Christian in Nepal?

We’re planning to open a dedicated boutique that reflects the global standards and luxury positioning of the brand. While our current showroom has served us well, we believe the customer experience can be elevated further.We’re also excited about the upcoming launch of new models in Nepal and are shifting our focus towards branding and public awareness. Our goal is to make Ralph Christian a household name in the Nepali premium watch market and become the go-to choice for style-conscious consumers.
